Insurance Coverage
At your evaluation appointment, our front desk staff will obtain a copy of your insurance card and verify your current benefits and eligibility. We will do our best to inform every patient of their benefits, thus explaining their financial responsibility. Patient responsibility will be collected at time of appointment.
