 THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE

Whether you are recovering from a surgery or have a goal of running a marathon, our PT’s can help design an exercise program to help you achieve your goals.

We will design a therapeutic exercise routine that helps you make gains in strength and mobility while decreasing stress on your injured tissue.

CROSS FIT / STRENGTH TRAINING

Redbird will work with the patient to resolve musculoskeletal issues to allow patient to participate in CrossFit classes.

We will analyze movement patterns of common lifts (squat, deadlift, clean, snatch) and gymnastics movements (dip, pull-up, handstand) to identify mobility and/or stability needs and establish a program to address needs. Next we will suggest modifications to aggravating movements to allow patient to continue to participate in workouts in group setting.
